1. Free Trial

Try Before You Buy

Surraura offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. We encourage you to thoroughly test the Application during this period to ensure it meets your needs before subscribing.

2. Subscription Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with Surraura. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Full refund available within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • No refunds after the 14-day window for the current billing period
  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges

2.2 Yearly Subscriptions

  • Full refund available within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • Prorated refunds may be available within the first 30 days at our discretion
  • After 30 days, no refunds are available for the current subscription period
  • You may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@surraura.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and order/transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle)
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (this helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be immediately canceled
  • Access to premium features will be revoked
  • You may continue using the free tier of the Application
  • You are welcome to subscribe again in the future

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the refund window has passed
  • Change of mind after extended use of the Application
  • Incompatibility with your system that was discoverable during the free trial
  • Failure to install required third-party software (e.g., BlackHole)
  • Issues caused by your audio hardware or system configuration
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with Surraura, please contact our support team at support@surraura.com before requesting a refund. We are committed to helping you resolve any problems and may be able to fix issues that prevent you from enjoying the Application. If we cannot resolve a legitimate technical issue that prevents the Application from functioning as described, we will provide a full refund regardless of the refund window.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:

Cancellation

Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refund

Returns your payment. Access is revoked immediately upon refund processing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through Paddle's customer portal.

8. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). This right applies to digital content subscriptions. However, by using the Application during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided.
